Preventative Maintenance Service Programs

We would like to ask you a couple of questions. What happens if your shop compressor breaks down? When was the last time your compressor was serviced? We offer preventative maintenance contracts to help keep your shop safe and functional.

Bi-Annual Compressor Service

With a preventative maintenance schedule from Air & Lube Systems, Inc. we will take care of your compressor. We will:

  • Change oil

  • Replace air filters

  • Check amp draw and voltage

  • Check belt tension and condition (adjust if necessary)

  • Check controls (adjust if necessary)

  • Inspect pressure gauges

  • Test operation of safety valves

  • Complete visual inspection

  • Check receiver drain and drain receiver as required

  • Inspect check valve

  • Inspect sight glass

  • Inspect oil/water separator for condition of filter (report replacement needed)

Monthly Carwash Service

Our service provides routine monthly service calls to inspect, adjust and perform preventative maintenance to your carwash. Our in-depth carwash checklist is completed at each service and confirms proper functions of all carwash system while providing preventative lubrication and adjustment. We also offer the option of maintaining all chemical levels in your carwash at each service and adding as needed so you don’t have to spend time managing yourself!

Lift Service & Inspection

Our experienced technicians are capable of diagnosis and repair on almost every brand of automotive lift available. If parts exist, we can find them! We maintain a large inventory of service parts for a variety of lift brands and we can usually offer same day service for emergency lift issues.
